Squady ("the Service") respects your privacy and complies with applicable laws. This policy explains what information the Service collects and how it is processed.
We do not sell your personal information. We entrust processing to the trusted providers below only to the extent needed to operate the Service, and they process data solely for that purpose. Some of these providers (e.g., Supabase, Sentry, PostHog) use infrastructure located outside your country, including in the United States, so your personal information may be transferred to, stored, and processed abroad to that extent.
However, where required by law or upon a lawful request from an investigative or other competent authority, the Service may provide the information it holds.
We delete or anonymize personal information without delay once its purpose is fulfilled or when you delete your account. On account deletion, your profile photo (including the uploaded image file), saved contact details, and push notification token are deleted. However, records you left through team activity (posts, comments, attendance and vote records, match records, venue reviews, and the like) are also the team and match records of the people you played with, so they are kept along with your nickname. Where the law requires retention, we keep the data for the required period and then delete it.
You may access, correct, or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent, at any time. You can delete your account and data directly in the app under Settings → Delete account, and you can also request deletion without the app. See the account & data deletion guide (/account-deletion) for details.
The Service is not directed to children under 14 and does not knowingly collect their personal information.
We apply reasonable safeguards such as encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls.
If this policy changes, we will announce the changes and their effective date in the app or on this page.
