How to delete your Squady account and related data.
1. Delete in the app (immediate)
You can delete your account directly under Settings → Delete account in the app. You are signed out immediately and identifiable personal information is anonymized.
2. Request deletion without the app
If you cannot use the app, email cs@squady.me from the address you signed up with, asking to "delete my account." We process the deletion after verifying your identity.
3. What is deleted vs. retained
Deleted/anonymized: identifying data such as email, nickname, profile photo, and push token
Retained (anonymized): some content may be kept with author-identifying details removed to preserve team/match record integrity
Legally required: data the law requires us to keep is retained for the required period and then deleted
4. Processing time
Deletion requests are handled within a reasonable period after receipt.
