How to delete your Squady account and related data.
1. Delete in the app (immediate)
You can delete your account directly under Settings → Delete account in the app. You are signed out immediately, and your profile photo (including the uploaded image file), saved contact details, and push notification token are deleted.
2. Request deletion without the app
If you cannot use the app, email cs@squady.me from the address you signed up with, asking to "delete my account." We process the deletion after verifying your identity.
3. What is deleted vs. retained
Deleted: your profile photo (including the uploaded image file), saved contact details, and push notification token
Retained: team activity records (posts, comments, attendance and vote records, match records, venue reviews, and the like) are also the team and match records of the people you played with, so they are kept along with your nickname
Legally required: data the law requires us to keep is retained for the required period and then deleted
4. Processing time
Deletion requests are handled within a reasonable period after receipt.
